Once more unto the Breach…

To the delight of landlords up and down the country, England have progressed to the knock-out stages of the FIFA World Cup, South Africa 2010. A nation rejoiced as Jermain Defoe scored to book England’s place in the last sixteen. With several “official” statistic offices predicting the worst employee sick rates since time began, our office I’m glad to say was both fully staffed and operating (well Kelly, Lewin and myself were at least). Reduced Call Charges for all Customers…

Darwin ITC have been awarded a higher buying platform for its Telephone Line Rental and Call Charges business.

This means that all customers who buy their Call Charges from Darwin ITC will have a 0.5ppm reduction on all UK Land Line and Mobile calls. We are also expecting further reductions later this year as long as our business growths. (more…)

Web Server Maintenance for January 17th

LON3 UPS Maintenance

Maintenance Window: 00:01 to 05:59 GMT
We will be conducting our biannual Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) maintenance within our LON3 data centre. This maintenance is performed every six months to ensure that all UPS hardware will continue to operate reliably and optimally. During the maintenance block there will be a series of inspections performed to multiple UPS devices by ourselves and our vendors to ensure nothing is overlooked. The UPS system is designed to be taken offline while the other units support the load so our vendors and engineers can work safely. This is taking place during our regularly scheduled monthly maintenance to ensure that all appropriate technicians are available during the maintenance window. There is no planned impact associated with this maintenance. (more…)
