This service is basically a Pay-as-you-go support service. You can call us during working hours and we will arrange to meet you or invite you to us.
We have a fully fitted repair centre at our head office or our engineers can visit your offices or home.
We also have a Peugeot Partner van which enables us to transport your IT or Telephone equipment safely and securely. (This can be very handy for large printers or servers – or transporting lots of equipment)
We charge for every half hour and we DO NOT have a Call Out Charge.
This is the same as the Adhoc Support but with the following extras:.
– You pay a monthly fee.
– You have a reduced per hour charge.
– We guarantee an emergency response within two hours.
Fully Inclusive Support
This is our most popular support package and is taken by most of our clients, it’s the same as the Basic Support except that you have no per hour charge.
We agree a monthly rate and we will attend to all of your support needs, whilst maintaining an emergency response of two hours.
We also include in the fully supported package preventative maintenance where we are always looking after your systems, we sometimes get to know about problems before you experience them.
All of our computer support and telephone support packages are customized to your requirements, they can include all of your IT and Communications requirements or just the IT or Telephones.
We work well wth other suppliers and always within the customers best interest.
All our staff are security checked and all customer information and data is kept secure and confidential.
Darwin ITC can provide remote support, no matter which contract you have, this service is included. This allows our engineers to manage your systems faster than it would take for them to travel to your site. The remote support system is available to clients with one computer or 50+ computers, the only requirment is an internet connection.
